Visa support
Check which entry visa you need for Egypt. Once you register, you receive an invitation letter and an official visa support letter addressed to the Egyptian Ambassador in your country, to support your application. For further help write to camred@camred.org.
Airport meet and assist
The congress travel agency meets you at Cairo airport before passport control, helps you through immigration and baggage collection, and transfers you to your hotel. Add it when you register.
Meals and the gala dinner
Lunches and coffee breaks are organised for all registered participants on 5, 6 and 7 October at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile. A gala dinner is held at a Nile cruise restaurant, with dinner, folkloric performance, music and entertainment. Write to the secretariat for gala dinner arrangements.

What does delegate registration include?
Access to all congress sessions across the three days, lunches and coffee breaks on 5, 6 and 7 October at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile, and the B2B and B2G matchmaking programme. Your QR badge is issued as soon as payment is confirmed.
How much does it cost and when does the price change?
Registration is 1,000 US dollars. The early bird rate of 900 US dollars runs until 15 September 2026.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to Congress Service Center. The bank details appear in the delegate portal once you have chosen your options, and you upload your receipt to confirm.
What language is the congress in?
There is simultaneous interpretation in three African Union official languages throughout the congress.
Do I need a visa, and will you help?
Participants should check which entry visa they need for Egypt. Once you register you receive an invitation letter and an official visa support letter addressed to the Egyptian Ambassador in your country. If you need further support, write to the secretariat.
Where should I stay?
Two official hotels hold congress rates: the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile, which is the venue, and the Cleopatra Hotel, about fifteen minutes away by taxi. Both are booked through the delegate portal.
Can you meet me at the airport?
Yes. Airport meet and assist is arranged through the congress travel agency. You are met before passport control and helped through immigration and baggage collection, then transferred to your hotel. Book it in the delegate portal.
How do I get to the venue from another hotel?
By taxi, or with Uber, which operates in Cairo.
Is press accreditation different?
Yes. Accreditation is free for working journalists, photographers and camera crews, and no delegate registration is needed. Applications close on 3 October 2026.
Can my partner attend social events?
A companion package is available in the delegate portal. Write to the secretariat if you need details before registering.
