Your press badge covers
- Access to all sessions across the three days, including the High-Level Ministerial Opening Dialogue and the closing Cairo Call.
- Access to the press area.
- Interview requests with speakers and delegations, arranged through the secretariat.
- Photography and filming in the congress hall, subject to protocol guidance on the day.
It does not cover
- Lunches, the gala dinner and other catering.
- Travel, accommodation and visa fees. The logistics note lists the congress hotel rates.
- Delegate access to the B2B and B2G matchmaking sessions.
How to apply
Accreditation is reviewed by the congress secretariat and takes about five minutes to apply for.
- Open the press accreditation form on the delegate portal.
- Give your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, country and nationality, and upload a badge photograph as a JPG or PNG under 10 MB.
- Tell us your publication, channel or agency, your role, your press card or syndicate number, and links to recent work.
- Upload one document: press credentials, a national identity card showing both sides, or a passport.
- The secretariat reviews every application and confirms by email. Applications close on 3 October 2026. Apply early if you need a visa support letter.
